Join the Imperfect Bound team for a zine making workshop exploring being queer and spending time in and around the water.
We’ll use mixed media collaging, photocopying, and stencilling techniques to make zine pages celebrating/processing/recording your interactions with water and nature as a queer person. Whether that be foraging, swimming, cruising, picnic-ing, making friends with the frogs, or anything else you get up to in the great outdoors! Do bring your own leaves or items from nature to try print-stamping or stencilling with. We will have some examples zines for you to peruse for inspiration, and will be on hand for any help or guidance.
Your pages can be contributed to the Museum’s publication covering the MOX Season of Water programming, or you can just have some fun with creative play.
